He has been active in the independent living movement for twenty years and is nationally recognized as an advocate for disability rights. Bruce M. Clark Vice President Mr. Clark is the president and principal consultant of Accessibility Planning & Consulting, Inc. based in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is a well known speaker and instructor on accessibility issues and the built environment. Mr. dark was instrumental in bringing the 1994 Pacific ADA Conference to Hawaii. He has participated in several ADA litigation settlement negotiations through the federal courts in both DOJ and private actions Brent W. Beals Secretary / Treasurer Mr. Beals is the principal consultant of Arizona Accessibility Consultants based in Mesa, Arizona. As a licensed building contractor Mr. Beds possesses that practical perspective of accessibility issues.
